Welcome to Ankeny! If you're looking for a safe, great place to live, choose Brick Towne at Signature. It's quiet, very clean, near schools, and has an awesome staff that are here to make sure your apartment needs are met. The value you pay for the amenities is fantastic! The apartments are surrounded by condos and single family homes. This is good because people are invested in the area. I am elderly and I walk my little dog at all times. The investment in the area is why I feel safe. My neighbor above me has "heavy" feet. I have asked in a kind way if he would be mindful that I am beneath him after 11 PM and he has been wonderful. I love it here! I think you will enjoy your living experience too. Remember- it's all in your attitude!
